While training to achieve the correct posture, we also
need to train the correct breath rhythm.

Concentration
With the correct posture and correct rhythm we
now must work on our concentration. We must concentrate on the absolute moment. For the Ki
(living energy) to flow through the body all three elements must work in harmony.
